저의 연구는 다양한 환경에서 새로운 교사를 지원하기 위해 학군을위한 효과적인 멘토 프로그램을 만드는 것을 기반으로합니다. Through this work, I have studied a variety of best practices and have incorporated culturally responsive teaching into my professional design. I am passionate about ensuring that education students feel equipped to entire into the career of teaching as they work through the program.
